Abstract
National Center for High-performance Computing (NCHC) built a render farm
that provides a platform for the industry to render their work in a much
more efficient timeframe, allowing for both central processing unit (CPU)
and graphics processing unit (GPU) rendering. The throughput has also been
greatly improved to support complex and large scale simulations. The main
goal of this session is to introduce the improvements and new applications
of NCHC’s render farm.
